For team review — nothing approved yet. v1.1 restructures v1.0 around the Home A wireframe and the 9 Sept review with Lee and Georgia: products lead, Applications means where the product lives on board, naval is 98–99% of the work with export navies publishable, commercial gets Lee's "one-page section", and case studies wait for a 2.0 (NDA). Home A's nav and footer plus the new Applications layer imply 53 pages; 18 are folded into Phase 1 pages and 3 deferred to hold 32. Every fold is listed under Getting to 32 and can be reversed one for one. ⚑ Verify marks client confirmation; Q-numbers refer to the Home A question list.

The order is Lee's hierarchy, top down: what we make (Products) → where it is used on board (Applications: diesel generators, main lube, propulsion, steering gear, HP air, fuel) → who it is for (Markets: submarines and surface ships, export navies, one commercial page) → the problems it solves (Solutions, Home A's six doors) → how it is designed, proven and kept in service (Engineering & Services) → who we are and the proof (Company). Home A led with Solutions; the review moved Products to the front and added the Applications layer, which is the search Lee described: "a fireproof hose, defence-standard approved, that can go on the main pitch propulsion of my ship." Resources folds into Company so the nav stays at six.

Header CTAs: Discuss your application (primary) · Request a datasheet (secondary). Utility bar: Approvals & Certificates · Jetrac · 'O' Rings Limited · Contact · +44 phone [Q20]. Captured in Edge [Q20]; an engineer answers within one working day [Q22].
Home A's sections in the order agreed on the review: hero (preform in hand beside its CAD render, MOD(N) badge, fleet claim with fallback) → 90-second fire-test video → approvals bar → Products (five families, seven pages) → the six doors, condensed → Applications (the generic warship cutaway with hover hotspots; the 3D walk-through is the add-on) → Markets (naval spine, navies-supplied map, growth markets) → the Define · Design · Prove · Sustain loop → proof (fire-test video moved here) and unnamed testimonials in place of solution stories → engineering, test house and the group → the form as the closing CTA. Home A's range table moves to the Products hub; no FAQ block on the homepage. Home A shows all of this section by section.

The Jetpac® range table from Home A (what it does, bore, fire resistance, movement, variants, datasheet request) with the common-to-range data: 200°C continuous / 250°C intermittent, the fluid list, connectors to BS, ISO, ASTM or ANSI, to 200 bar on small bore, ten-year service life. Sections for bespoke assemblies and fittings and the datasheet lane.
/products7 Product Pages
Turns the corner without a fabricated elbow; leg lengths set to the layout; 1"–14"; movement in three planes; integrally fire-resistant to Def Stan 02-345.
/products/preformed-90-elbow-assembliesDoubles back where the run reverses; leg lengths set to the layout. Bore and copy currently duplicated from the 90° page; envelope from the technical team.
/products/preformed-180-assembliesBuilt to length and end fittings; ½"–12" on the live site; small bore to 200 bar; roughly 7,000–8,000 variants. Needs its own copy; the live page repeats the elbow text.
/products/flexible-straight-hose-assembliesExpansion and vibration isolation at machinery and pipework connections; axial, lateral and angular [confirm]; about 100 variants; integrally fire-resistant, so no restraining rings or guards.
/products/flexible-rubber-bellowsFlexible air and ventilation runs. Application wording, shapes, sizes and materials from the technical team; the live page is one sentence.
/products/flexible-ductingAutomatic emergency air intake: the hinged door opens when main-intake pressure falls from blocked filters; sealed against water, salt and dirt otherwise. Application wording from the technical team.
/products/by-pass-valvesPump suction and tank entry [confirm]: fuel, ballast and bilge tanks; less suction loss, no tank-bottom damage from metallic pipe, less cross-contamination when re-ballasting.
/products/suction-entry-feet"The work we can't photograph. Here's where it lives on board." The generic warship cutaway (no identifiable class) with compartments that illuminate on hover, each linking to its application page. Nothing about a platform is ever published; Lee generalises the application list by compartment. Working demo is the hotspot version; the 3D walk-through is the separate add-on.
/applicationsEngine room: cooling and lube-oil connections that move, shake and cannot leak; pitch propulsion. OM-100, OMD-113, OEP-80. Shock and vibration to MIL and NATO standards [Q13].
/applications/main-propulsion-lube-oilFuel, cooling and exhaust connections on generator sets; fire-resistant by material, not by guard. The application Lee named first.
/applications/diesel-generatorsThe small-bore, high-pressure systems: HP air packs to 200 bar, steering gear and hydraulics on OX-30 and OX-33, built to length and fitting. Straight hose assemblies are the product; 7,000–8,000 variants is the proof of range. Systems list to confirm with the technical team.
/applications/hp-air-hydraulics-steering-gearDieso F-76 and AVCAT F-44 transfer and fuel sets; one material family across the ship's fluids; suction entry feet on fuel tanks.
/applications/fuel-aviation-fuelSea water, salt, shock and fire on the same assembly: 15 minutes at 1,100°C pressurised and vibrating; bellows and suction entry feet; cooling water systems.
/applications/fire-main-ballast-bilgeNaval is the spine. Two platform doors, the navies-supplied map (UK, Canada, Australia, United States, France, Spain; Norway pending) captioned with nothing about what was supplied, and the commercial door: commercial shipping, offshore and energy, fluid power, industrial and rail traction buy the naval standard. Export wording per Lee: nothing in the NDAs stops saying which countries and navies are supplied.
/marketsHighest temperature and pressure requirements in the fleet; fit and forget; ten-year datum. Class naming (V-boats to Dreadnought) written named, generic or off a list Lee signs [Q4]; sole-provider claim withheld [Q5].
/markets/submarinesDestroyers, frigates and carriers: fuel, cooling, ballast, bilge, fire main, propulsion. Hunt and Type 23 to Type 26 naming and the ~1,800-parts figure pending [Q4 / Q6]; two audiences (design engineers, in-service and refit teams) as on Home A.
/markets/naval-surface-shipsLee's one-page section for the incoming BD manager: ro-ro and ferry fleets, freight and container ships, offshore fire mains and fuel systems, fluid power, rail traction. Class-society approvals lead; the survey service travels with the product. Very small revenue today, by design.
/markets/commercial-industrialHome A's six doors on one page, each an anchored section with its "our solution" and the products, applications and services behind it: Fire in the compartment · Shock, vibration and noise · The run won't line up · Metallic pipework and its guards · Hoses ageing on board · You can't fit it until it's proven. The homepage door cards link to the anchors. Six standalone Solutions pages are the first thing to add back if the team wants them over Applications pages [six Solutions pending Lee / Vaishali confirmation].
/solutionsOne loop from the drawing to the deck, with Design Engineering & CAD in full: 2D and 3D CAD in-house, preform geometry and leg lengths set by the pipework, tolerances advised per installation, fittings in CuNi 70/30 and 90/10, nickel aluminium bronze, phosphor bronze and super-austenitic stainless on our own CNC, integrated ERP from drawing to release. "You dream it, we'll build it."
/engineeringFire at high and low pressure, endurance, vacuum, pressure, pulsing with deflection, impulse; rigs built to customer standards; RAPRA access; every assembly hydrostatically tested before release. Testing for other manufacturers [scope and capacity, Q10]. Also answers the "can't fit it until it's proven" door and the testing lane.
/engineering/test-houseBoots on board: survey, RFID-tag and register every flexible hose including other makers', recategorise, forecast replacement, exchange and install. "Book a hose survey" lands here. Jetrac's "100%" claims demoted until evidenced [Q12]. Sits in the utility bar.
/jetracWhere we came from: Charles to Tony to Chris and Nick Oldham, Chichester since 1964 [Q17], the same team now with new ownership investing in it [ownership line, Q7]. The group drawn as one loop: Oldham Seals designs and makes it · Jetrac surveys, registers and installs it · 'O' Rings Limited supplies the seals around it (Trelleborg partner distributor; seal enquiries routed there, not answered here). Existing /about/ slug kept.
/aboutThe compliance spine: Lloyd's Register, DNV (Germanischer Lloyd merged; drop the separate listing), ABS, UK MOD Def Stan 02-345 approval letter, BS EN ISO 9001:2015 LRQA, BFPA no. 298, RAPRA, Cyber Essentials [level and date, Q11]. Artwork and permitted wording from Georgia's certificate pack; certification and testing content due next week. Nothing goes live before the pack is confirmed. Utility-bar link.
/approvals-certificates200°C continuous / 250°C intermittent, the fluid list [currency, Q13], test pressures by bore class, ten-year MOD(N) service life, tolerances, shock standards named and the margin over Def Stan [Q13]. Existing slug kept; rebuilt as tables.
/technical-data"Questions engineers ask us before they call", from Vaishali's set: service life, fluids, fire guards, lead times, drawings, repair policy, NDAs. FAQ schema.
/faqExisting /news/ kept with the IPS acquisition post; category and date archives fold in. Next post: the BD manager appointment and the export push, when Lee is ready.
/newsRegistered office and company number, street address, phone and sales email [Q20], LinkedIn company page [Georgia to create]; seal enquiries routed to 'O' Rings; general enquiry only, quotes go through the form.
/contactHome A's form with its lanes (replacement order, hose survey, testing enquiry) plus the datasheet and drawing-pack lane. Captured in Edge and routed to sales [Q20]; engineer answers within one working day [Q22]; the platform stays confidential.
/discuss-your-applicationPolicy set replaces the current boilerplate [audit F21]; cookie declaration folded in. If the group's new consent requirements demand a standalone Cookie Policy, it comes in as page 33 rather than displacing anything.
/privacy-policyReplaces the free website-law.co.uk template [audit F21]. Client-supplied conditions of sale.
/terms-and-conditionsHome A's nav and footer imply 46 distinct pages; the Applications layer from the review adds 7, for 53. Eighteen fold into Phase 1 pages as sections or lanes, three defer to Phase 2: 53 − 21 = 32. Every fold below is reversible one for one against a page of the same tier.
Proposed, left to right, following Lee's top-down hierarchy. Six sections replace the current thirteen-link flat menu. Solutions is a single page so it carries no dropdown; Company is the proposed label for Home A's About plus Resources. Discuss your application is the primary button; Request a datasheet the secondary. Memberships live in the footer.
